CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AGENTS
Our agents are part-time and work from home with flexible hours. They engage our clients existing customers via telephone and conduct a variety of customer experience surveys and engagement calls.We are looking for friendly people with pleasant phone voices and responsible attitudes who type well and communicate comfortably and professionally over the phone. Employees will conduct brief telephone customer surveys with our client customers.
* work well independently, having excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* own a computer with Windows XP, 7, or 8 and have high speed internet access
* prior phone experience preferred
* bilingual skills also a plus but not required
* You are a W2 employee, not a 1099 subcontractor

* Paid Monthly
* Hourly pay starts at $9.00 per hour
