In 2011 and through January 2012 H2insight was focused on completing several major technology upgrades. The H2realtime operating system was successfully upgraded in 2011 and was completed with minimal to virtually no interruption to client applications and reporting tools. Additionally, new call center technologies have been implemented for the outbound calling efforts of H2insight. The administration and work flow of hundreds of callers and hundreds of thousands of calls can be accessed and managed with a few clicks of a button. Both of these efforts have helped to maximize productivity and efficiency while continuing to provide for a scaleable business model.

 


Record year

2010 has produced the best sales year in H2insight's 14 year history. In addition to adding 3 National Top 10 homebuilders, H2insight has successfully diversified to a variety of additional industry segments by providing specialized outbound calling services. Increased market share coupled with an expanded industry pool have provided for a much larger footprint for growth as the economy slowly recovers. Additionally, the expanded suite of core services offered by H2insight has facilitated the ability to diversify while leveraging core competencies and remaining true to who the company is and what they do best.

 


 

Over 60,000,000 responses reached

H2insight is proud to announce that it has reached over 60,000,000 survey responses. This milestone is a result of hard work and over a decade of fielding the voice of the customer. More to the point, this statistic is the product of customer focused clients who have generated enough customer loyalty to motivate their customers to respond when asked. A variety of survey methodologies including email, telephone, web, and written surveys have combined to create this volume of information yielding a wealth of knowledge. Key referral and loyalty drivers are derived from this information. It provides true insight into the customer for the organizations and industries that we serve.
